There are different types of essays, and each one has to be learned during the school life. It is very easy to get lost in the multitudes of essay types, therefore one needs to be careful while choosing an essay.

Argumentative essay concentrates on winning the reader to their side of the story. It lets a person write about something. Compare and contrast essay is the last type, its main function is to find similarities and dissimilarities between two things. Students should be able to decide which kind of essay to write if given an assignment.
